Wine Education Class: Series 2, Class 3 of 4

Who wants to learn more about wine? Join us this Thursday for another installment of our Wine Education Classes. This week you’ll learn how to translate labels on wines from other countries. Buying wines from Germany, Italy, & France can be tricky – in addition to the different languages there are also different numbers, names, and areas listed on their labels. Everything on these labels can be important information that consumers need to understand. We will discuss how to become an expert at reading these confusing wine labels, taking away the anxiety of shopping for wines from these countries! Of course, you’ll also get to enjoy some of these wines during the class.

This is the third class in our current four-class series. Each class covers a different topic, however it’s not necessary to have attended the previous classes – so feel free to jump in at any time. Classes are presented by Carlos Cisneros, Certified Sommelier, Court of Master Sommeliers Americas. The final class in this series will be November 14.
