Ferrari-Carano Wine Dinner

We are thrilled to announce the menu for our Ferrari-Carano dinner on Tuesday August 27th 6:30 pm. Celine Bufkin from Ferrari-Carano will be on hand and will educate us on the Awesomeness of Ferrari-Carano and Sonoma Valley Wines.
Celine Bufkin, is the Southeast regional manager for Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery for the last 5 years. She is a CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine), and covers six states and wine has always been her hobby and a passion. So in 2009, She made the jump to pursue that passion and earned her CSW and never looked back and absolutely could not be happier or more proud to work for this fantastic family-owned Sonoma winery.
Please feel free to ask lots of questions about these wines, Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery, and wine in general. The winemakers are a team of three fantastic women: Executive Winemaker Sarah Quider (overall and white wines, Dry Creek Valley “the Estate Winery”), Rebecka Deike (red wines, Alexander Valley “Mountain Winery”) and Christy Ackerman (Pinot Noir, Lazy Creek Vineyards, Anderson Valley/Mendocino.) Coincidentally, our two assistant winemakers also are women.
